FAQ’s
How are the files provided?
Are these documents legally binding?
These documents are based on standard agreements in the music business and are legally binding once accepted and signed.
I’ve adapted them to be used by independent producers who want to work with unsigned artists (no label), by cutting out the things you don’t need and making them easier to understand and use. These are the same documents I use when collaborating on projects.
Artists can also use them when working with a producer if that producer is not able to provide a suitable agreement.
I got your free split sheet already, can I still use it?
I have also written a mini-guide which includes step by step instructions and give you examples of different scenarios on how you can do splits. You can reference the mini-guide each time you need to do your splits.
